Impressed by the students!

I am currently in grad school getting my master's in ESL and in April 2018 I volunteered to teach English in Nablus, Palestine. I taught one course at An-Najah National University Language Resource Center which was a great experience.  The course was intermediate conversation and we discussed many interesting topics and learned about each other's culture. I was impressed by the advanced level of the student's English language skills. It was a pleasure to teach at the brand new facilities of the Language Resource Center. Overall my experience teaching in Nablus was fantastic and given the opportunity I would love to go back to teach there again. I was touched by how friendly and welcoming the Palestinians are and how hard all the students are studying English.
